How long will our appointments be?

You will need to allow one hour for the first appointment. After that, appointments can be arranged for 30, 45 minutes or one hour.

Does it matter where I live?

No, we can do our coaching by telephone or video conference via Skype.

Is it possible to meet face-to-face if I need to?

Yes it is possible. Please contact me to discuss how that could happen.

Is there a fixed number of sessions or months that I have to sign up for?

No, you get to choose how many sessions you need and how often you would like to meet.

Is regular coaching an option?

Yes, of course. You can choose to have weekly, fortnightly, monthly coaching meetings. Some people find a regular meeting time is helpful to get momentum with their goals and to stay focused.

How do I pay you?

You can pay via PayPal or, if you reside in Australia, you can pay via direct bank transfer.

Payment is required prior to each meeting and your payment receipt must be emailed to me prior to our appointment.

What about confidentiality?

All our conversations remain confidential. (The only exceptions are when you give permission to share that information or if we are required by law to report.)

How do we get started?

Three easy steps:

  1. We agree upon an appointment time
  2. You receive an invoice to pay prior to the meeting
  3. Then we meet at the time agreed and we’re working!
